Yao Zhonghua 姚钟华 was born on July 17 in Kunming, Yunnan Province.

He entered middle school attached to C.A.F.A. Beijing.

Graduated, he continued his studies at The Central Academy of Fine-Arts .
|
|
|
( Oil Painting Department ), under Dong Xiwen (1914-1973 ).

He graduated in Oil Painting. |
| |
|
| |
Oil Painting, Gouache Painting, Ink Painting are his means of expression. |
| |
|
|
|
He moved to his hometown and he tirelessly traveled the landscapes of his region,
|
|
|
he observed people and very quickly became the leader of contemporary painting
|
| |
in Yunnan.
|
| |

| |
He donated around thirty of his works to the National Art Museum of China during

| |
his traveling exhibition :
