Wu Jhycheng 巫日文 was born in a peasant family, in Yuchi, from Nantou |
|
County Taiwan. |
|
|
|
Attracted to painting from a very young age, he liked to paint when he returned |
|
from his work in the sugar cane fields. |
|
|
1977 |
He entered the school of Fine Arts inTaipei Taiwan, and learned from Li Shi-Chi. |
|
He won a First Prize three years in a row : |
|
|

On his advice, he moved to study in France at the high National School of Fine |

Arts in Lyon. |
