Tobias Wong 黄峻豪  pinyin Huang Junhao

1974

Tobias Wong 黄峻豪 ( 1974- 2010 ) was born in Vancouver, British Columbia  Canada.

After two years at the University of Toronto, he went to study Art and Architecture, 

in the United States, at the Cooper Union School in New York.

As an artist and designer, he developed numerous concepts and products, working

for the luxury boutiques : Colette - Comme des Garçons - Prada/OMA, the Italian furnitures

2001

He transformed a Philippe Stark chair into a lamp  : This is a lamp

2005

He created a resin brooch in the shape of a flower: Bullet Proof Rose

2006

He collaborated with SUCK UK to transform the Mason jar, food container

into a Sun Jar that captures sunlight during the day and gives it back at night.

2007

He collaborated with Aric Chen for an ephemeral tattoo parlour and with Gregory Krum

for the  wrong Store

2008

He created with  Aric Chen the firdt 100 % Design Shanghai affiliated to the 100 % Design

of London and Tokyo.
