Li Xiongcai 黎雄才 ( 1910-2001 ) was born on May 15, in Gaoyaoxian Guangdong

Province. |

|
He studied painting under the guidance of his father Li Tinjun (1869 - 1937), painter |

and calligraph, then wtih Gao Lun, founder of Lingnan School .
|

He continued his studies in Japan at Tokyo Academy of Fine Arts.
|
|
|
|
|
1935
|
Back to China, he taught in several Art Schools in Guangzhou. |

|
|
|
1982
|
Solo exhibition of his landscapes paintings, flowers and birds in Hong Kong. |
|
|
|
|
2001
|
He passed away on December 19 ,at the age of 91. |
