Lin Chi-Wei 林其蔚 was born in Taipei Taiwan. |
|
1989/1994 |
He studied at FuJen Catholic University ( French Literature ) |
|
|
|

1994/1998 |
He joined the National Institute of the Arts ( Traditionnal Art Department ) |
|
A highly committed multidisciplinary artist, he founded the noise band Z.S.L.O. |
|
|
( Zero & Sound Liberation Organization ), performs sound effects and initiated |
|
|
a number of alternative Art festivals. |
|
